Hello,
Try to start “MS Outlook” in safe Mode.
To do so: Press “Window Key” + “R” (Combination) >> Type “outlook.exe<space>/safe” in run dialog box and press “Enter” Button.
If the problem still remains, then you can also try to repair Office from “Control Panel” >> “Program & Features” and make sure all office components are correct.
