    Hello Kerry

I can understand that you are facing difficulties in accessing your emails from your Yahoo mailbox. There are a number of ways to some of your emails like:

    1. You can simply copy email from Yahoo account and paste it into the Word file.
    2. You can also forward those emails to any other email account.
    3. You can also download emails from Yahoo to Hard drive using POP/IMAP settings.

You can try these solutions if you have a limited number of emails to save.

    Hi Henry

This method is time-consuming and I have more than hundred emails that are very important to me. I can’t copy all the emails at the same time. I will not get the same format of the email as in my Yahoo account. Please suggest any other method.

If you have too many emails, then you can use Thunderbird or Outlook email application and migrate your data from Yahoo mail to these email clients with the help of POP/IMAP settings. I am sharing a method through which you can transfer your data step by step and can access your email on your computer in offline mode.

This method is quite effective but I need to have either Mozilla Thunderbird or Outlook on my local machine. I want to backup Yahoo mail to hard drive without any other email application. What should I do in this case?

    Hi Kerry
I understood your need to save or backup Yahoo mail to local disk. All the methods discussed by Henry are bit lengthy and time-consuming. In that case, you can opt for the professional solution i.e. SysTools Yahoo Backup software. It will help you in downloading all your selective emails on your computer. It takes very less time to create the backup. I hope it will help you.
