    Hello

I would like to share one solution for your query. I know about one manual solution to export offline OST files.

    Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook
    Step 2: Click “File” menu
Step 3: Press “t” or select “Import or export” wizard
Step 4: Click on “Export to a file”–>”Next”
    Step 5: Choose “Personal File Folder(.pst) –>”Next”
Step 6: Click “Include sub folders” and browse the target folder
    Step 7: Click on “Finish”

    Thanks
