    Hello,
    I am having a large number of old Outlook mails which I want to save in RTF file format. Can anyone please help me out by suggesting an easy solution to save Outlook email as RTF in Windows. Thanks in Advance!!

    Hi,
    You can very easily save Outlook Email as RTF by following some simple steps. The Manual procedure to perform the same is efficient in converting some of the mails in the RTF format and is very easy to perform.

    Thanks for your help but I had already tried the Manual Method but it didn’t work efficiently in my case. The Manual Approach is suitable only for a lesser number of mails. It is very complex and time-consuming as well because it has to be performed one by one for each and every mail.

    Then I will suggest you to opt an Automated Professional approach to save Outlook Email as RTF because these third-party softwares can easily convert larger number of files in very less time and also in one go.
