Ok, then you can use Outlook add-in in order to convert MSG files to PDF format. Follow below steps:

1. You need to click on Setup Automatic Archival option in Adobe PDF tab.
2. After that, click on Add button and select the desired email folder.
3. Now, Click on Run Archival Now option.
4. To convert all the attachments as well, click on Settings >> Include All Attachments.
