    Hi,

    I have used MS Outlook 2007 for a long time. I have created many archive PST files, approximately 10+, in order to reduce MS Outlook PST file size. But Now I upgraded my MS Office edition to 2010 from 2007. My question is how can I combine these PST files into one. If anybody knows about it, then please tell me a secure solution.

    Hi Eddie,
    Thanks for responding, this process is effective when we create a new PST file by combining two or three PST files. However, when we combine 10 or more PST files then this manual solution is highly time-consuming and quite annoying. So if you know any other solution to do this task, please update me.

    Thanks for the update. If you don’t want to use this manual procedure and are looking for a third party utility then I will recommend advanced MS Outlook PST merge software on behalf of my personal experience. By using this tool, you can easily combine multiple PST files easily. This tool provides effective features to merge multiple PST files like; Merge PST file, Join PST file, and merge contacts folders. You can also remove the duplicate items during the merge PST file process. I hope it will work for you.

    Hi,

    The above solution worked like a treat.

    Thank you so much Barry for suggesting me this wonderful PST Merge Software. By using this tool, I easily combine multiple PST Files into one PST. I had also some duplicates in Outlook Data file, but when I was merging PST File by using this software, it also removed all duplicates in my Outlook PST File. Now, finally I have got my solution.
