I’ve Outlook 2013 and Windows 10, all was good till last week but yesterday when I was checking my mailbox then I realize that my mailbox consist of many duplicates i.e, same mails appear repeatedly and this is not the case with one or two mail but with number of emails.

To analyze duplicates in Outlook manually there is only way is to go through all the emails in your mailbox folder and then manually delete them. Moreover you can sort the message by date, sender, subject, etc., and then try deleting them from mailbox.

Thanks for the reply michael, but that is not the exact solution since i’ve thousands of mails in my mailbox and analyzing all of them is being very difficult for me. Is there any method other than this that can fix my problem?

Being honest this is only the way to analyze the duplicates in Outlook but as you told that you’ve a large sized mailbox then you need to move towards any other third party utility like Email Duplicate Analyzer. This tool can easily detect multiple PST emails in Outlook.

    Michael
