How to Break Large PDF into Smaller Files?

Use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to break large PDF files into multiple files. For this, they have to follow some useful steps that are mentioned below –

• Start Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
• Click on the File menu
• Select open option to choose PDF file that has to break
• Go to Document menu & click Split Document

• You will see PDF document screen, choose the options and then Click OK button. The options are –
• A number of pages: Select the maximum number of pages per split.
• File size: Divide PDF document by maximum size.
• Top level bookmarks: Set up bookmarks before using the feature.

Note 1) To break PDF file into multiple parts click on ‘Apply to Multiple’
2) Click Add Files option to select the PDF you want to break & click OK

Save output PDF files at any desired location & click OK
