    Hi,

    Being an Outlook user I know Outlook saves its information in PST file formats and when I googled more about it then I came to know that apart from PST, Outlook supports some more file extensions and also that we can convert the default Outlook file format into another file supported by Outlook. So my query is that if I suppose to convert my PST file to all other formats then how can I do that? Also I don’t have that much idea about when to and how to use these different files?

    MS Outlook is an email client application that can convert the PST file into multiple formats such as EML, MSG, PDF and VCF. You can easily convert the PST file into MSG by drag and drop method, you need to drag the pst emails that you want to convert and drop them to your desktop.

    To convert your PST file into PDF, you need to copy the email content and then paste them into your MS Word >> now from here you can save the document as PDF that will automatically convert your PST file into PDF file.
