    Hii,

I have been using Outlook for 3 Years & i haven’t got any issue related to email. But on today when i tried to access my emails in surface Book then i am unable to access my emails of exchange server. Still i can access Gmail account using same Outlook. I can access exchange server in other devices like laptop. But I don’t know the issue when i try to access exchange emails in Outlook of Surface Book.

I searched about this on Google but i could not get any good answer related to this issue.

I hope you can help me to overcome from this problem.

    Thanks in advance ..

    Hello Kerry,
Thanks for your post in sysc.org

Try to create a new profile in Outlook and then connect Exchange Email Account.

You can create a new profile in Outlook by going through control panel then type Mail in search box of control panel. Then open mail and create a new profile from there.

If the problem did not resolve then feel free to write.

    Hi Kerry,
Just do as i have written following:

After clicking on Mail after searching in control panel a new “Mail Setup – Outlook” window will open. Here you are to click on Show Profiles button. After clicking on Show profile, a new Mail window will open. Now click on Add button and enter new Profile Name which you want to create and click on OK. Now an Add Account window will open, in this select radio button “Manual Setup or Additional Server Types” and click on Next button. Now select Exchange Server radio button which will be already selected, you just click on Next button. Here enter server name & user name and click on next.

Now you have connected Exchange account with Outlook.
