    Hi Lincoln Burrows,

There is an inbuilt utility ScanOST.exe available to resolve OST file problems. You can use the following steps to fix your issue:
Step 1: Close the Outlook window
    Step 2: Run the ScanOST.exe
Step 3: Open the OST file
    Step 4: Click “Begin Scan”
Step 5: Click “Repair errors” to repair the Outlook OST files.

    Thanks

    Hello Lincoln,

There are some possibilities of the error may not be resolved when using the above method. So, you can try to rebuild OST file by deleting the corrupted one and rebuilding it.

    Thanks
