    Hi Michael,
To transfer a vCard file to Outlook, you can use the following steps:
Step 1: Open MS Outlook, select “File”–>”Import and Export” then the Import & Export wizard appears.
Step 2: Select “Import a vCard file (.vcf) and click “Open”
Step 3: Select the location of vCard and click “Open”
Step 4: Click on the contacts. Then the new vCard should be available.

    Thanks

Thank You Dexter. It is very helpful, but if I have 2000 contacts then how can I transfer multiple VCF data files to MS Outlook at once?

    hello,

There is no direct manual method to convert multiple vCard files to MS Outlook. You can choose any third-party tool for the batch conversion.

    Thanks

    Hi,
If you want to import your multiple VCF data files to MS Outlook at once, then you can try SysTools Vcard Importer which allows you to transfer all your contacts at once without any issue. By using this utility you can easily transfer VCF files to Outlook 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003.
    Thanks & Regards
