Over the years I collected 14 PST files from various machines and backups. I want one searchable archive. Outlook import freezes on the bigger files. Is there a tool that merges PSTs without Outlook running?

SysTools PST Merge handles this without opening Outlook at all.

Add all 14 files at once with Add Folder.

Choose Merge for one flat archive or Join to keep each file as its own subtree.

Turn on duplicate removal. Overlapping backups always carry heavy duplication.
Expect a large cut in final size once duplicates drop out.
14 files down to one 22GB archive, duplicates removed. Search works across everything now. Solved.
