    Hello Everyone,

    I am a manager in an IT Firm. I am getting troubled with a problem that my all Outlook mails stuck in the Outbox . I am using MS Outlook 2010. I have tried a few suggestions from the Microsoft KB article, but still not got any solution.

    Any help will be highly appreciated!!!

    Hello,

    You can try these steps to fix your issue:

    Disable “Use Cache Exchange Mode” in MS Outlook: To do so: Click on “Start” >> “Control Panel” >> “Mail” >> “Data Files” >> “Email Accounts” >> Click Twice on “Microsoft Exchange Server” >> Uncheck “Use Cached Exchange Mode” >> “Close” & Restart Outlook.

    Hello Eddie,

    Set your Outlook in offline mode. To do so: Click on “Send/Receive” Tab >> “Work Offline”. Now restart Microsoft Outlook and Open message from the Outbox Folder, select the message and Delete it. Don’t forget to enable MS Outlook back On-line again.
