    Hi,

I am having a large number of Outlook messages in MSG file format. I don’t have Outlook installed on my machine. Can anyone suggest me how can I open MSG files without Outlook email application? The data is really important for me and somehow, I need to access those emails. Please help me and suggest methods to do so.

    Hi Dexter,

You can convert the file extension of the file from MSG to HTML to view Outlook messages. After converting the extension, you will be able to read the entire message easily.

Can you explain the process in detail?

You just have to select the MSG file and save the file in HTML format using Save As option. After converting the file, you can view head and body of the email message easily.

It takes a lot of time to read all the Outlook messages. I can only view email header and message. I am unable to view attachments within the email. Is there any other solution to open and read emails along with attachments with proper formatting in a simplified way?

Yes, you can view Outlook messages or .msg files along with attachments with the help of SysTools MSG Reader Tool. You can easily open MSG file extension and view all the data items with proper formatting in a very less time.
