    Hello all

    I am no longer able to connect to my Outlook.com account since the time it has updated. Every time I try to log on to the account an error is generated. What am I supposed to do?

    Please help!

    What is the error you are receiving? You are connecting your Outlook.com with Outlook or Windows Live mail? If you could provide more info, it will be easy to assist you better.

    I am using Outlook 2007 and connecting with Outlook. When I log into the account I get the errors 3219 , 80041004. Sorry for not mentioning it before.

    Hi

    The reason behind this error could be your Outlook.com updating to Outlook Mail. It means the Outlook.com account migrated to the new servers on Office 365.

    Thus, you need to re-create your account as the old profile is not supported by Outlook Mail. Use auto account setup to re-add the account to the profile. This will connect using Exchange.

    Note: Because Outlook 2007 doesn’t support multiple Exchange accounts in a profile, any users with Outlook.com and an existing Exchange account in the current profile will need to use two profiles.
    Now you don’t need the connector and you can uninstall it from the Control Panel -> Programs and Features.

    Hope this solves the problem
