    Hello,

I am working on MS Outlook 2010, suddenly a pop-up box appeared and asking for user name and password.

Go to advanced account setting of Outlook and check the “Remember Password” option.

Hope, this will help you to fix this problem.

Follow the given below instructions and remove the stored beforehand:

1.) Click on start button and go to control panel.
2.) In “Control Panel”, hit on “Credential Manager”.
3.) Now, hit on Remove my vault option and bug will be fixed.

    Hello Barry,

I have even tried the above given method but did not get any result. Is it something wrong with the PST file?
I also read some sources available on the web that are alluding towards PST file corruption. Should I run scanpst?

    Hello Barry,

Yes, you can take scanpst.exe into account to see the results. However, this free tool does not guarantee to fix detrimental errors of PST file as it is sort of superficial method.

    Cheers

Its appear to be that the erroneous is still persist in the Outlook Data File and scanpst is not suffice in critiquing. Any alternative of scanpst.exe (feeble sort of application), which could go a long way.

    Waiting for suggestion!!!

    Thanks & Regards

If you have tried all possible methods, but the problem still persists, then in such a case you need to switch on any third party commercial Tool. After deep searching over the web and looking positive replied from the user’s side. I would like to suggest you SysTools-Outlook Recovery Software on the behalf of my personal experience and user’s feedback.

    Thanks & Regards
