    Hi,

I recently upgraded my OS from windows 8.1 to windows 10. The Upgrade was successfully completed without any error.

But i don’t know what is the problem with my Outlook. I has started showing send/receive error: 0x800CCC13 and cause of this error I am unable to send or receive any email since last two days.

If you can help me to recover from this error then please do reply the post.

I will be appreciated for that.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Lincoln,

    Thanks for your post.

This issue has been fixed by Microsoft. You can download the updates by going through support office but this update will work only with Windows 10 Enterprise and Pro Operating system Version 1511 and higher versions. It could also work for Windows 10 Home Edition but I am not sure for this.

If it doesn’t work then please let us know.

    Regards
    Dexter

    Hi Kerry,

You can also fix this issue without installation of updates. But update installation was an easy way to fix the error.
You can use Windows system file checker.
Just follow the steps to fix the error:
    1) Firstly close Outlook if it is opened.
    2) Start Command Prompt (CMD) and as Admin
    3) Type sfc /scannow in CMD.
    4) Wait for completion of process.
    5) After process completion just restart Computer and Start Outlook.

I hope the problem have resolved.
If not then please let us know.

    Regards
    Dexter
