    Hi,

    I am having a large number of Outlook emails stored in PST file. But now, I want to save Outlook email folder as PDF document . Can anyone please suggest me how can I save Outlook mails as PDF? It is required to be done on urgent basis. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!!!

    Thanks for your reply but I had tried performing the Manual Approach but it didn’t worked effectively to save attachments along with emails. And, The Manual technique is quite complex and lengthy. Therefore, it consumes more time.

    In this case, I can only help you by giving you a suggestion that you must opt any third-party utility instead of the Manual Approach because these third-party commercial utilities are more effective and reliable as compared to the Manual Approaches. These softwares can help users to save the files as PDF without Microsoft Outlook.
