    Hi All,

I am travelling abroad for my vacations and I need to give some important emails to my colleagues.
I have organized these emails under labels in my Gmail account. I want to present the emails to them in the same folder type format but I don’t want to give them my credentials. Is it possible to share these emails (with labels) with my colleagues?

    Thanks,
    Barry

    Hi Barry,

You could forward those emails to one of your colleagues if that helps?

    Regards,
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

As mentioned earlier, I want the folder view to be maintained in the same way as it is now in my Gmail, or in other words, I want to share the folders containing emails with my colleagues.

    Please help me asap.

    Thanks,
    Barry

    Hi Barry,

You could take backup of your emails using a trusted software which is SysTools Gmail Backup. I haven’t used this software but it has a feature that allows you to backup your Gmail account emails in folder wise format to your local drive.
    Please follow below link:

And for manual steps you could follow the below link:

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Michael
