    Hello users,
I was trying to manage my PST files and make some space for my file. During that I found my Contacts saved separately for different names. I wanted to merge all of them and save it in a Single vCard to have easy access. So please provide me a way to save all the contacts in a single vcard file that contains multiple contacts by merging all the contacts into it.

    Hello lincoln,

A simple single contact VCF file looks like this:
    BEGIN:VCARD
    VERSION:3.0
    FN:iiNet Accounts
    N:Accounts;iiNet;;;
    EMAIL;TYPE=INTERNET…@iinet.net.au
    END:VCARD

A multiple contact file is just a collection of VCARDs. NB: The files can also be combined with the DOS command COPY.
    COPY /A *.VCF ALL_CONT.VCF

    Hello lincoln,

Yes you can manage all your contacts as a single vCard file for this please follow this step:-

Step 1 :- Copy all your thousands of contact (.vcf) files into any one particular folder or directory.

Step 2 :- After copying all contact into single folder, now , press shortcut key ” Windows + R ” or go to option and open windows command prompt.

Step 3 :- Type ” CMD ” in windows command prompt, as you enter these, command prompt will open.

Step 4 :- As command prompt opens, now navigate to the folder/directory where you have stored all your contact files.

Ex :- Type the drive name and then folder

    D: [Press Enter]

    Cd allcontacts [Press Enter]

Step 5 :- After navigating to that folder/directory, enter following DOS command:

” copy *.vcf all.vcf ” – For copying .vcf files.

Step 6 :- Wait for a moment as all your contacts get merged, it will take few seconds.

Step 7 :- Now go to that folder/directory where you had copied all your contacts. You’ll find one merged “all.vcf ” file of few KB’s, just import that single .vcf file wherever you need like on google account, smart phone.

    Dear users,
You can simply do it by using a 3rd Party Tool i.e. SysTools vCard Export for Exporting multiple Contacts at once because it create Single vCard for Contacts With this export option you can create a compact vCard file consisting of multiple contacts. You can use this option to import Outlook contacts on smartphones, especially Android, as they support single vCard with multiple contacts.
