How to Transfer Apple Mail to PST File?

As Barry already mentioned that manual method exists but it is time-consuming as well as complex. However, for a novice user, it becomes quite tough to perform conversion process for MacMail to Outlook PST. But, you can give a try to these manual steps mentioned-below:

Step 1: Open the utility & Run Apple mail & click on File after that Import Mailboxes.

Step 2: Select your MBOX file & after that where you want to export data a can select File in MBOX format and click Continue.

Step 3: Browse the location where the user has their MBOX file and click on choose >> Continue button.

Step 4: After completion of export process click on Done.

Note: In order to complete the import process, you need Eudora as there is no direct feature available to import apple mail into Outlook PST files.

Step 1: Download & Run Eudora

Step 2: Rename the file extension of Inbox file from “xyz to “xyz.mbx”

Step 3: After that, user can move xyz.mbx file name to a directory to stores files.

(C:\Documents and Settings<user>Application Data\Qualcomm\Eudora).

Step 4: Open Eudora & double-click on xyz.mbx to create the file & then close Eudora.

Step 5: Now Import Mailbox data using Outlook Express.
