    Hey Eddie,

There are some manual methods available for the above problem. You can follow the following steps:

    1. Transfer all the MSG files to a new folder. Once the folder is opened, Click on the “Tools” button on the top menu, Now click on “Folder Options”.
    2. Click on the “view” tab, just scroll down to the option “Hide file extensions for known file types”. Keep the corresponding box unchecked.
    3. Click on the button “Apply”. If the button is not highlighted or active, Click on the “OK” button.
    4. Now, Do right lick on the MSG file and click on the “Rename” option. Rename the file extension as “.mht”.
    5. Click on “Next” on the confirmation prompt. Once the process is complete, double-click on the MSG files. As, They will be directly accessible in the web browser now.

    Hey Michael,

Big thanks to you for suggesting such a method. I followed the process and it works.
But I would like to know that is there any other method available that can be used to view MSG files Without Outlook, as in the case of multiple Outlook messages, as converting MSG files one by one might be a time-consuming process.

    Please Suggest.

    Thanks & Regards
