Follow the steps.
1. Connect the flash drive to your computer system.
2. Right click on My Computer or This PC (windows 10), and hit on the Manage from the drop down list.
3. Now click on Disk Management.
4. Right click on your flash drive and hit on Change Drive Letter and Path.
5. Hit on the drive and its colour change to blue, simply click on Change.
6. Select the Flash drive letter from the drop-down list and click on OK.
