You can export a .vcf (vCard) file from MS Outlook from the following steps:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook >> Go to contacts >> Select the contact to export.

2. Go to the File menu and select Save As.

3. Select vCard (.vcf) format.

4. Save the file to your desktop.
