First you should try Barry’s solution. If the issue still appears, then you can also try to run Microsoft Window Resource Checker Tool, also known as SFC (System File Checker).

To know how to run “SFC” command:

• Click on “Search” bar >> Type “cmd” >> Right click on “Command Prompt” >> Click on “Run as administrator”.
• Type “sfc<space>/scannow” & press enter. The process will take some time.
• Reboot your System.
