To import your email messages saved in the .eml files you need to take help of a 3rd party software.
Software will allow you to convert all of your emails to Lotus Notes .nsf file. Once messages from .eml files are converted to .nsf file. Then , you can easily open converted .nsf file in Lotus Notes Client.
