You need to convert the NSF files to PST format then you can view the PST files without Lotus Notes, these PST files can be opened with MS Outlook tool that comes as free of cost with MS Office package.
To convert NSF to PST, please use Export Notes tool from:

Cloud EvangelistTo import your email messages saved in the .eml files you need to take help of a 3rd party software.
Software will allow you to convert all of your emails to Lotus Notes .nsf file. Once messages from .eml files are converted to .nsf file. Then , you can easily open converted .nsf file in Lotus Notes Client.

As Lotus Notes uses its proprietary file format to write emails to NSF file. So, there are no viewers or readers available, which allows you to open and read NSF file email messages.
To read your emails you need to install Lotus Notes Client. Without Lotus Notes environment its not currently possible to read NSF files. You can download a FREE Lotus Notes Client Trial Edition from IBM website.
