Well there is no such software which could recover your permanently deleted email from your AOL account because the emails are stored on server not in your local machine. The possibility of recovery arises only when you keep a copy or backup of your AOL mail before performing any deletion.
Have you saved your AOL emails locally before deletion? I hope you have saved the PFC as a backup?
The PST file has severely damaged and perhaps this is the reason that you are not able to access your data. Go and try some third party utility to overhaul the PST file corruption.
