    Hello everyone,

I have different Outlook accounts containing multiple folders and it is very difficult for me to handle these folders. Is there any way to merge those multiple file folders into a single one without any duplication?

    Hi Barry Allen,
Yes, you can merge multiple data folders into a single folder, by moving each sub-folder one by one into a new folder.

    Hi,
You can follow these steps to merge multiple folders of different Outlook accounts:
Step 1: Create a new mail folder in which you want to move your data.
Step 2: open each sub-folder from their location.
Step 3: Select all the items.
Step 4: Now, either Move or Copy your data into the new folder.

    Hello Barry Allen,
There is one more manual solution available for merging data files of different Outlook accounts. Below are steps to be followed :
Step 1. Launch Outlook and open Account Setting dialog box.
Step 2. In the Account Setting dialog box, select Email tab.
Step 3. Now, select the POP3 account for which the delivery location need to be changed.
Step 4. Click on Change Folder button from the dialog box.
Step 5. Now, choose the folder as destination folder, which can also be an already existing folder.

Thanks for your response, but in the first method, moving each data folder individually is taking a lot of time and in the second method I am not able to specify the folder destination and it is really exhausting process. Is their any other way to merge multiple folders of different Outlook accounts into a single folder in bulk?
