    Hi all,

I am using Outlook 2010 since last 2 years everything was fine till 20th march after that I’ve added four email accounts to my Outlook now things have changed I’m facing a lot of problem to manage every mail accounts inbox. Is there any way to combine them altogether into a single inbox? Also let me know the procedure to combine them.

    Thanks.

    Hi Michael,

Please do let me know whether you are using POP3 or IMAP account in your Outlook?, there is very simple procedure to check them. Follow the below steps:

Step1: Open MS Outlook and then select File option at the top left corner of Outlook screen and click Account Settings to open a new window.

Step2: Check which type of account you’re using for each particular account in the E-mail tab. For example in the screen shot, the account is of POP3 type.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi Eddie,

I’m using Outlook 2013 with IMAP configuration and Windows7. As I came to know that it is possible to combine inbox of multiple email accounts in MS Outlook (from the above post) but Is that possible to combine inbox of multiple accounts in Outlook using IMAP? If not then How to convert Outlook IMAP configuration into POP3 configuration? I’m using Gmail account in Outlook.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

    Regards
    Kerry

    Hi Kerry,

It’s not possible to combine inbox of multiple accounts in Outlook using IMAP. however you can convert IMAP into POP3 configuration. To do that have a look on below steps:
Sign in to Gmail >> click Gear icon >> select Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Under IMAP Access >> select Enable IMAP >> click Save Changes
Now close the Gmail settings and Restart Outlook and then try to combine them.

    Thanks & Regards

Thanks for the reply. An idea to convert IMAP into POP3 then combine email of multiple accounts into one worked for me like a charm.

    Thanks again

Hey guys, thanks for all of your suggestions and answers. Even so, I still can’t merge multiple account inboxes in Outlook. Can someone have another method for this? Please share with me.

If you still can’t merge Outlook inboxes, you can use a third-party tool. The best part about the tools that I personally liked is that they directly merge multiple Outlook inboxes into one without performing tedious and time-consuming methods.

You can also read this blog to clearly know the manual and third party solutions- https://www.systoolsgroup.com/updates/merge-multiple-email-accounts-in-outlook-2016/
