    Hello Guys,
    I need your help. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2013 last few years. But, now I am facing one issue regarding the file size. That is the file exceeds its maximum size limit. So I decided to cut my PST file based on the folder. But I don’t know any easy techniques to perform this process. Can anyone help me?

    Hello,

    If you are searching for the manual tricks, then you can use the Import and Export feature of MS Outlook. To try this method follow the given steps to complete your task in an easy way.

    Step 1: Open MS Outlook and create one new PST file by clicking the options “File-> Items-> Outlook Data File”.
    Step 2: Click “Browse” to select the location and provide name to the new file.
    Step 3: Click “File->Open-> Import-> Outlook data file”.
    Step 4: Select the folder and then click “Browse” to select the files and click “OK”.
    Step 5: You can see the file in edit box and then click “Finish”.

    Actually I searched on google about the manual method that you suggested. But I found that there is no surety to get the perfect result always. So I think if I choose this one then sometime there is a chance for wasting my valuable time. So, if you know any other easy method then please suggest it to me.
