    Hello Guys,

How can I break oversized PST file based on year without any information loss? Due to this large size issue I can’t even manage my works. I am in a trouble. Can anyone help me to get perfect solutions to overcome this situation?

    Hello,
I can help you because once I faced this same situation to split PST data files, that time I have used the Import & Export method t solve my problem. You can use the following steps to proceed with this:

Step 1: Run Outlook and make a new PST file.
Step 2: Select “File”–> “More items”–> “Outlook Data File”.
Step 3: Search storage location and provide name to the new file then click “OK”.
    Step 4: Select the options “File”–> “Open”–> “Import”–> “Export”.
Step 5: choose “Outlook Data File” the click “Next” and select the folder to export from.
Step 6: Click “Browse” to select the file and hit “OK” from the Open Outlook Data Files window.
Step 7: Finally click on “Finish” then the process will get started.

    Hello Guys,

Thanks for your suggestion. The above two methods are good in case of mailbox content in PST is less. But I have thousands of email messages so it will definitely consume large time. So, can you suggest any other easy method to perform the splitting process without any hurdle?
