We are running Exchange On-Premise 2013 Server in our organization to manage and store mailbox data of our employees. There are over 2100+ mailboxes in the Exchange Server and 100 of them are large-sized mailboxes. We are looking for a solution to migrate Exchange to Office 365 and we cannot afford losing even a single bit of data. All our emails are so crucial and confidential. So, can anyone please suggest any safe and secure solution to perform migration?

Hi Barry,
There are various procedures that are recommended by Microsoft itself for migration i.e. Cutover Migration, Staged Migration or Hybrid Migration. You can opt for any of these migration procedures depending on your requirements. As you have a large number of mailboxes for migration, it can take a few months to complete the entire job.

Thanks a lot, Kerry for sharing these procedures offered by Microsoft but I think these procedures will consume a lot of time and we can’t afford that amount of time. So, do you have any idea about any third-party utility that can help us to migrate Exchange 2013 mailboxes to Office 365 in less time? We want a solution that is easy to use and can help us migrate all the mailboxes without any data loss!
