    I am using Microsoft Outlook 2013. And I need to Export 1500 Outlook 2013 vCard contacts to my Gmail account, all at once, but I don’t know how to do it. Any hope for me rather than exporting or importing contacts one by one???

    Sorry but Outlook 2013 does not have bulk import export function so far 🙁
    so you have to do it one by one.

    Hello Henry

    If you want to Export all your contact at once, then you can do it as CSV if you wants to see it as an Excel Spreadsheet. Afterwards they can be converted from CSV to Vcard.

    You can Export all your Outlook Contact at once to your windows address book. In this method, first you need to import all your VCF contacts to Windows contacts. But the Windows address book allows to import or export only a single contact at a time
    So, you can follow given below method to import multiple VCF files to Windows Address Book in one click.
    1. Press Windows + R
    2. Run dialog box will pop up on your screen
    3. Write ‘wab’ in the search box
    4. OK
    5. Windows Address Book Dialog box will open.
    6. Now open your folder where all VCF files are stored
    7. Select all VCF files by pressing CTRL+A.
    8. Drag and drop them into Windows Address Book.
    This way all your VCF contacts will get imported into Windows address book automatically.

    Thanks a lot for your support I have imported all my VCF contacts to Windows contacts. But I want to Export it to my Gmail account all at once. Because I have to do this one by one. So I need a simple Procedure to Export it at Once.

    Now you have to export the single vCard to your Gmail account.

    You can simply do it by using a 3rd Party Tool i.e. SysTools vCard Export for Exporting multiple Contacts at once because it create Single vCard for Contacts With this export option you can create a compact vCard file consisting of multiple contacts. You can use this option to import Outlook contacts on smartphones, especially Android, as they support single vCard with multiple contacts.
