You can try to convert OST file to PST using manual steps

1. Open Outlook and click on the file
2. Choose open >> from the file menu
3. Select export & import wizard and choose export to a file
4. Select the outlook data file format and click on next
5. Choose the mailbox which is to be extracted and click on next to continue
6. Browse the location to save PST file and click on finish to complete.
