Thank you so much Michael. It worked a treat.:)nnI tried 2 & 3 point. First, I disabled Antivirus program and then run Inbox Repair tool to repair my PST file. After doing this, the Outlook error 0x800ccc0f message disappeared. nnThanks again:)nnBest RegardsnMichael Scofield
