I have used a large amount of data stored in my Office 365 account. Whereas multiple accounts are associated with the same account. I needed to have a backup of my entire O365 account so that I can maintain a separate file associated with the account. rnThanks

HinIts important to have a backup of your data because any type of data loss may ultimately harm you for a long time. In that case I would suggest you to use some software. Because going through manual process would take a lot of time.

The software that will help you out is Office 365 Backup wizard that will let you take a backup of Office 365 data items to. EML and. PST format.
