    Hi,

Can anyone suggest me an easy method to read Lotus Notes emails in Outlook? As I am switching from IBM Lotus Notes to MS Outlook email client. But I can’t leave my important emails in Notes. I want to access them in Outlook. What should I do?

    Hi

If you want to open Lotus Notes emails in Outlook, then you can simply export Lotus Notes NSF file to Outlook PST file. You can access all the emails in Outlook with the help of Export-Import process.

You can read this blog and get the detailed process. I have also migrated my data from Lotus Notes email application to Outlook. I think it can also help you.

I referred this blog but the process is very time-consuming and I am unable to move a bulk number of emails. Are you aware of any other method?

Yes, you can try Transporter Suite for email migration from Lotus Notes to MS Outlook. It is a free utility by Microsoft. You can download and install the utility and migrate the data.

I have heard about this utility. But it is also not a safe method. There is a possibility of losing the data which I can’t afford. Can anyone tell me any simple and secure method?

    Hi Henry

You can use SysTools NSF to PST Converter software. There will be no data loss and it will consume less time as compared to these manual approaches. With the help of this utility, you can read data items in Outlook like emails, contacts, calendars, etc from Lotus Notes.
