You can configure your Hotmail account with Microsoft Outlook to convert emails from Hotmail to PST format of Outlook. For that follow the below steps:

Step 1: Open Outlook then click on “File–> Add Account”.
Step 2: provide details of Hotmal account in which username, password, and email address and then click “Next”.
Step 3: Wait for complete the configuration and then click “Finish”.
Step 4: Restart the Outlook to save all the configurations.
