First, Open “MS Outlook” >> Click “File” Tab >> “Account Settings” >>“Account Settings” >> Click twice on your Outlook Account >> “More Settings” >> “Advanced Tab” >> Ensure that “Incoming server (POP3)”port no must be correct i.e. 110
