May I know how to setup the filter: include .pst file and exclude every other extension

Hello Micheal
I already turned off the antivirus program and also changed the profile speed to 50%, however the error is still occurred.
By the way, I intend to create a new profile for backing up these .pst files instead of synchronization, so that I just include .pst file and exclude everything else. Is it possible to create such kind of profileThanks
Hello Micheal
Now Shared mail generally not used, as disk space has become inexpensive and the efforts involved in cleaning up such issues can be problematic and costly. Running collect would wipe out the reference, but won’t solve your problem.

Hi Dear
Try this, this may help you out. First launch Disk utility which you may find in Applications.
Now connect the drive you wish to Format. Click the drive on left side list is Disk utility, Click the drop down menu alongside “Format” and select MS-DOS(FAT). Click Erase at last to Format the drive for mac.Barry

I used automatic setup and it worked fine. I have now downloaded all emails Offline>Download/Sync. But my main objective is to download all emails and then close my account.
What do I have to save in order to backup all emails and easily retrieve them for future use? And how do I use it in future?
Thanks.
BarryHello Eddie
Have you check that the update you did was successfully done or not. If not then error: 1001 might occur. And if your current Outlook version has LOT or SSL related issues, then you should wait for a new release. And update your Outlook again to remove this error:1001.

BarryWhich version of Outlook are you using?
Hello Eddie,
Thank you for reply. But unluckily this solution did not work for me.
Let me brief you about what I did.
I did the backup of outlook before migrating to Office 365 by copying this folder, C:\Users\Barry\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook. It contains a file Outlook.ost and some other files. I think that this is the ost file which contains my previous mails. Then I launched outlook client, removed my old account and created new account. After it was done, all my previous emails and folders were gone from outlook and it synchronized with my new mailbox. I have even tried to add outlook.ost to this account, but outlook prompted that this ost is assigned for another mail box. Also after configuring the new mail, I am receiving this error message :Connect to autodiscover-RED001.mail.microsoftonline.com enter user name and password.. RED001.mail.microsoftonline.com was the previous mailbox. Now I tried to enter the old password, but unable to connect.
Instead of copying the folder, I should have created a backup using export/import option in outlook and create a pst file. I made this mistake and that’s why I am facing all these difficulties now.
Please suggest a method to this problem.Thank you in advance.

Please make sure that the database is restored with NO RECOVERY option on Mirror Server.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply! Well I’ve tried both the method i.e. running Task Manager and disabling Add-Ins but still the problem continues. Is any other procedure apart from these two solution? If Yes! then please help me out.
