    Hello guys,

I have tried the above manual method in my Exchange server 2013 account. But it didn’t work well for me. Maybe since I am not that proficient in Exchange Server. Can you please suggest some other easy methods that I can follow quickly.

    Thanks in advance,
    Eddie

    @Barry Allen
Mail servers do not currently support SSL connections. These errors indicate that your e-mail client is configured for this unsupported connection type.

    • Right click on your personality name to bring up the menu. Then, click Properties.
    • Look toward the bottom of the box until you see Secure Sockets When Sending. Change that option to Never.
    • Click on the Incoming Mail tab at the top of the box and change Secure Sockets When Receiving to Never also.
    • Click OK and check mail again. The error should not return.

Yes, you can easily convert the Eudora Mail to Outlook account using some software. There are manual method as well but they will take a lot of time and invest a large effort. One of the best tool that we can across through our market research is SysTools Eudora to Outlook Converter. It comes for Mac and Windows Operating system. The tool is user friendly and will easily migrate all mails to MS Outlook

    Hi
Just received your query. You need to configure your Berkeley Mail to Outlook to get all the emails to MS Outlook. The process of Setting up bMail in Outlook is mentioned below:
    1. Start MS Outlook.
    2. Go to File -> Account Settings… click New… (E-mail account)
    3. In the Add New Account window, enter your full E-mail Address. You may also be prompted to enter your Full Name and bConnected Key (as Password). Then click Next.
    4. Add New Account information
Note that you may be prompted for your credentials twice, as Outlook attempts to send a test message — once to authenticate to your incoming server (Gmail IMAP connection), and once to authenticate to your outgoing server (Gmail SMTP connection).
You should be presented with a Congratulations dialog, indicating that your IMAP e-mail account is successfully configured. If not, see manual settings below.

Hi, I don’t know in which way you wished to recover Outlook files. Anyway, I would like to show a manual procedure which is discussed below:

    1. Currently, stop running your Outlook
    2. Now search for “scanpst.exe” in your system
    3. Run the tool scanpst.exe and hit on repair.

Note: Don’t forget to keep a backup of your Outlook File, before repairing.

    4. Now click “Start” button >> “Run”
    5. Enter CMD and hit the enter button.
    6. Place the path of PST File into the command prompt.
    7. Here a copy of PST called “youfilename.psx” is created
    8. After the completion of this process, rename the original PST File as old PST File.
    9. Now, enter “pst19upg.exe-newfilename.psx” and press enter.
    10. This will helps you out to create a password-free Outlook file
    11. Launch “Scanpst.exe” and repair the currently created files.
    12. Finally, click and Open Microsoft Outlook and verify Outlook Data File.

Hope it will work for you.

    Hi Dexter,

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried doing this but my mails does not contain too much of attachments so doing this does not reflect any changes in the size of mailbox.

I tried using Mailbox Cleanup method but I don’t know why It’s consuming lots of time & after using this no changes has been observed. Even I tried to send my mailbox items to Personal folder but the size is huge and the changes are minor. Please suggest me what to do next.

    Thanks!

This application provides users with options to convert their Outlook contacts to different file formats like vCard, WAB, Google Contacts and Yahoo Contacts as well.

PS: You can also try the free demo version of the tool.

In that case, you should opt for an alternative third-party solution to export Outlook address book to Google Gmail. Third-Party solutions are capable and effective enough to transfer all Outlook Contacts to Gmail in one go in a hassle-free manner.
