    Yes the option suggested above will work for sure. But suppose if you have a bunch of files say 30 to 40 in number then manual option will be a pain.

    To unblock files in bulk or batch, you can try this free utility from http://www.systoolsgroup.com/unblocker/

    It will quickly unblock all files showing error message as “This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer”

    Well I have tried this archiving feature as well but I guess it didn’t worked in my case. I am not much a technical person so its getting hard for me to figure out the actual issue. As you have said about some corruption, I guess this is what I am facing currently. I did Google search about my current situation and I found many people suffering the similar trouble but didn’t get the appropriate solution for it.

    So, if you could enlighten me about it further then it would be a great help. Thanks

    Thanks for the reply Michael, though I have tried your suggested method of compacting PST file but it didn’t made much difference. The size of the PST file is still large, can you suggest me some other effective alternative.
