    Hello Dexter Morgan,
Sorry, still I don’t know any manual methods to recover corrupted NST files, I think third-party tools can help you to fix this problem. Currently I don’t have any automated tools. I will search and if I get then let you know as soon as possible.
    Thanks

If you are in search of a third party utility to reduce mailbox size of Outlook then you can use SysTools Split PST tool. The tool Split large PST File into Smaller Parts so that the PST files can be easily managed. As you have 4 GB PST file which is creating a problem so, you can split it up into two 2GB files using this tool. The tool also offers an additional feature to break the files according to year, date, size & folder. Use the software & please let me know if your problem gets solved.

If you have deleted the emails, the emails will be still there in your PST files, unless & until you perform or run the Compact utility. After that, all the items will be deleted from the recycle bin. But when you compact PST file, all the deleted items will get removed, the free space is reordered.

    Thanks.

    Hi Eddie Thwan,

Once I have faced the same situation to create the vCard file from your iPhone contacts to take the backup, that time one of my friends suggests SysTools vCard Importer tool which can create the VCF files from your iPhone contacts and export VCF to Outlook.

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Berry Alllen
I am not sure about the working of the software. Is this tool secured to run? Many a time it happens that tools can corrupt the data.

    Hi
You can follow these steps to import Thunderbird SBD to Outlook Manually. To transfer all the sub-directory files to Outlook, user get panic and many times corrupt the data.

    1. Go to the installed location of your Thunderbird account. By default location of Thunderbird is
    2. C:\Users\Windows user name\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\Profile name\

    3. Open the folder and you will see Inbox.sbd folder it.
    4. Next, you will see all sub-directory files there copy those files and save it to Desktop
    5. Then in MS Outlook application, go to File and then Open option
    6. Click on Import option and then on Import and Export Wizard to import SBD to Outlook
    7. Select all the files which you saved on Desktop and press Next button

Then, check if the imported mailbox of Thunderbird is in MS Outlook or not.

    Hello,
If you have the MS Outlook profile that created Offline Storage Table file, then just recreate a new file. It will be synchronized with the MS Exchange Server automatically and the data will be downloaded back to the OST from the Server.
