You can try to convert OST file to PST using manual steps
1. Open Outlook and click on the file
2. Choose open >> from the file menu
3. Select export & import wizard and choose export to a file
4. Select the outlook data file format and click on next
5. Choose the mailbox which is to be extracted and click on next to continue
6. Browse the location to save PST file and click on finish to complete.You can try this method. And, do let me know if it helps

See if this could not help you out then you should go with some software solution or technique to recover you hard deleted items. Which can recover corrupted data of your Outlook file into a healthy format. I thing you must go with some software to recover you file.

Re-enter your settings -click the Settings app>> click Mail, Contacts, Calendars>> click your Yahoo Mail account>> click Account, at the top>> enter your full email address and account password >> click Done.

If your Yahoo Mail stopped in iphone4s the only way to fix it is to remove and re-add Yahoo Mail.
