    Hello Henry,

Deleting unwanted emails is a good practice and put impact on your entire data’s size but not at an extent volume. Even, after deleting unwanted emails, white spaces persist in the PST File.

So, along with deleting emails, use compact feature to eliminate these white spaces in MS Outlook.

    To do so:

Open “MS Outlook” >> “File” tab >> “Account Settings” >> “Account Settings” >> “Data File” >> Click twice on PST File >> Click on “Compact Now”

    Feel free to ask further!!!

    Thanks & Regards

    Hello Leo,

I guess Barry is right, you have to define things more profoundly so we could give right answer. Well, To be frank, I have never heard about such error while handling PST file. I guess, the software (Kernel PST Password Remover) which you are using to remove encryption is not able to nail it and therefore showing the error.

Why you don’t give a try to another third party source, whereas you are already paying for something.
