Yes off course you can include/exclude certain files, based on extensions in a profile, using file filters that are in profile settings.

Restore master database from latest backup by the master restoration process. Rebuilding master is not recommended as it would loose logins and multiple other DB objects.

    Hi Dexter,

You can print or forward a conversation. But not individual messages.

As you mentioned that, “I need to keep a backup of some emails as a separate folder for record keeping.”

Yes, I would suggest you to create labels and put messages there to save your emails in an organized way.

    To know more, please see:

If you are facing problem in this then you can try these solutions
    i) if you are transferring files from MAC to windows use HFS+ (one way file transfer)
ii) for windows to MAC use NTFS
iii) for both ways moving use FAT32 or ex Fat.

    Hi Dexter

If you want to format the drive for compatibility of both MAC and Windows You can use FAT32 format which has both read/write capability on win/Mac.

No the load factor I am talking about is the volume of data being processed in production and dev environment? It is possible that prod process more data with higher frequency compared to dev environment. This could cause difference in observed performance.

You can also use “Import/Export” feature of Outlook. click on File >> Open & Export >> click on Import/Export >> click on Import from another program or file and click on Next >> again choose the option Outlook data fie (.pst) >> Next >> and choose the option Do not import duplicates.

    Hello,

After following the above steps if the problem still persist then it may be due several other reasons, such as: wrong registry key, corrupt PST file or Program integration issue.

Solution: To resolve such kind of issues you need to run Inbox repair tool to recover corrupt PST file, modify registry key, etc.

I’ve found an informative article for you. Click on: Outlook Data file was not closed properly

    Hi dear

It could be a reason due to server overloaded which might limits your connectivity and restricts you for sending files more than 10 MB of size. Or might be your Outlook has a bug issue which doesn’t let it to wait for long time. If this the case then your problem itself goes away and soon your error : 1001 will be resolved.
