The form for Account Recovery could maybe help to restore a recently deleted account. There is no other method for deleted accounts.

BarryThe error “Hotmail Account not recognized or does not exist” means:
1) If the user renamed his email address into a new account name, the primary email account will become an Alias. Thus signing in using the primary account will show an error that the account is not recognized or does not exist.

There might be several reasons related to this problem:
It may be due to problem through Domino Server.
Might be Virus Attack
Sudden shut down of the application.The error indicates that the NSF Files used by Lotus Notes is corrupted or might be damaged.
Try to open the windows in safe mode. Follow the given steps to open windows in safe mode:
1. Go to Settings> choose Change PC Settings.
2. select Update and Recovery> choose Recovery.
3. Under Advanced Start-up> select Restart now
4. Once the PC is restarted> choose Troubleshoot> Advanced option>restart
5.Choose the necessary start-up option and sign in to system.
