Contacts can be easily imported into Outlook. But firstly, You have to export the contacts from your Gmail account.

You can follow these certain Steps:

1. Login with your Credentials to your Gmail account.

2. Go to the ‘Google Apps‘ button & Click on the ‘Contacts‘ button.

3. On the contact’s page click on ‘More‘, On the drop-down menu click on ‘Export‘.

4. Now, Click on ‘Goto Old Contacts‘, Now all the saved Gmail contacts will appear on the window.

5. On the left-hand side of the window click on ‘More‘, On the drop down menu click on the ‘Export‘ button.

6. Now, Select the ‘Outlook CSV Format‘ for importing the file into Outlook.

Step 1: Open your Mozilla Thunderbird application and then click on Address Book option from the menu bar.
Step 2 : After this step, select the address book which you want to be exported from the contact list.
Step 3: In Next Step, Click on Tools option and then choose the Export option.
Step 4 : After choosing Export option, Specify the location and then choose to save the selected address book such as VCF/TXT/LDIF format.

Hi you can follow the steps to convert your NAB file to Outlook

1. Start Groupwise and go to toolbar then click ‘Address Book’.
Now depending on your choice you can selective export address book or entire address book can be exported.
2. In the File menu Click Export by following either of the two options
‘Selected Items’ or ‘Entire Address Book’
3. Set a name for the exported file and click on Save button. This file is saved with .nab file extension.
Now open the spreadsheet to convert this Nab file into CSV file.
Go to Open >> Select all files >> Search NAB file and Click Open
4. Now go to Save as option >> select CSV and click Save
Note: Wrote down the name and path of the file carefully
5. Now Open Outlook to Import this CSV file
6. Go to File Menu >> Click Import & Export >> select import from another program or file >> Click Next
7. Select CSV and then click next by browsing the saved file and then click ok
8. Now select contact folder in Outlook where contacts have to be imported >> click Next and then click Finish.

It can also be possible that after some time, a user may forget the PDF password, in that case, what can a user do?
